"A court in the southern province of Limburg convicted Euroturbine BV on Monday of setting up shell construction companies aimed at avoiding Dutch export license requirements that were tightened in 2009. The Dutch company was fined 500,000 euros ($565,383) and a Bahrein-based subsidiary 350,000 ($395,800). The Limburg Court says the shell constructions were set up “so that gas turbine parts could still be sold to clients in Iran.” The court statement did not identify the clients." (AP, 2/19/2019).

AKAY Industries B.V. (“AKAY”) reportedly agreed to exhibit at the 22nd International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition (the “Exhibition”) that took place in Tehran on May 6-9, 2017. According to its official website, the Exhibition “is among the most significant oil and gas events in the world in terms of the number of participants and its diversity. According to publicly accessible ship-monitoring data, since January 1, 2016, Ace Tanker ships have called at Iranian ports over 25 times.

"Food retailer Royal Ahold Delhaize (a Dutch company) disclosed that in 2016 its subsidiary bol.com sold to two separate individuals a book on the Dutch language. The books were delivered to the Iranian Embassy in the Netherlands, for a net revenue of just €67."

 In 2018 the U.S. state of Ohio listed Global Telecom Holding on its Iran prohibited companies list rendering GTH ineligible for investment and/or state contracting.

On three occasions between the approximate dates of October 2013 and February 2015, DAF sold or supplied 63 trucks to customers in Europe that it knew or had reason to know were ultimately intended for buyers in Iran. The transactional value of the 63 trucks was $5,426,428.(Treasury, 8/6/2019).
