According to its Annual Report filed with the SEC for fiscal year 2014: "During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014, Nidec Servo Corporation, which is our wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan, sold to Para Industries Inc., indirectly through a third-party Japanese trading company, five thousand units of brushless DC motors to be used in banknote counters manufactured and sold by Para Industries to Bank Melli Iran. The sales of such motors, which were denominated in Japanese yen, generated total gross revenues of ¥4.0 million, and a smaller amount of net profit. Nidec Servo has ceased the sale-purchase transactions since June 2013."

During the year ended March 31, 2013, the sales of such motors, all of which were denominated in Japanese yen, generated total gross revenues of ¥1.6 million, and a smaller amount of net profit. Nidec Servo has ceased the sale-purchase transactions with Para Industries after it fulfilled Para Industries’ purchase orders outstanding as of May 31, 2013 for five thousand units of brushless DC motors. Nidec Servo completed the sales in June 2013, and generated gross revenues of ¥4.0 million from such sale."
