ACANI was formed as a Delaware not for profit corporation and is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made to ACANI are deductible for income tax and estate tax purposes subject to the deduction rules set forth in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
